The actual Booking for your Travel and/or Event will supersede what is listed here. This is a general Terms and Conditions for your Travel and/or Event package.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be received, e.g., 30 days before departure.

1.2. All prices are quoted in US currency and are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a 50% credit minus the airfare with Travel Tells LLC to be used within one year of issuance on the hotel/resort only, less an administrative fee of $25.00.

2.2. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of departure or for unused portions of the trip.

2.3 No refunds on Flights will be issued. Travel Tells LLC will follow the terms and conditions of the airlines that issued the airfare

2.4 Cancellation of one person in a group may increase the price for the rest of the group when the balance of the trip is not paid in full for the group.

3. Travel Insurance

3.1. Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required depending on the destination. Coverage should include trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and personal liability.

4. Itinerary Changes

4.1. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary as necessary due to weather, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. Any such changes will be communicated promptly and will aim to preserve the overall quality of the experience.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

5.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and required vaccinations.

5.2. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure passport names match the airline ticket once the ticket is purchased.

5.3. Participants must comply with local laws and respect cultural norms during the trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. We are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from acts of God, terrorism, illness, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

7. Acceptance of Terms

7.1. By booking [Name of travel package], the traveler acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
